I'll get there after you. I hit 129 back on 4/29 them shot up to 134 w my cycle. I'm just starting to go back down. I probably need to run it off!

I am stressed out to the max at work and occassionally making bad choices. Eating never helps the stress, but it's my old habit of using food for comfort in times of stress. You'd think that the fact that it DOESN"T ACTUALLY HELP THE STRESS would be enough reason not to do it. *sigh* I continue to work on myself.
To make things worse, I have to get a new therpist for insurance reasons. And the one that came recommended is switching to a new scheduling computer system and can't get me on the schedule right now. "They'll call me in a week to schedule something." Probably won't get in until late June. Ugh!
All I can do is take one day at a time. Sometimes, it's all I can do to manage one HOUR at a time.

Maintenance is going well. Keep lots of Crystal Light - love the new Mojito, Appletini (OMG my favorite) or Margarita (alcohol free of course) in the fridge and ready to pour at a moments notice! Still make sure to keep protein cooked and ready to reheat and serve. Helps me to keep the choices out of the equation just like when I was focused on losing. Have a great day everyone!

I am really focusing on what goes in my mouth today. So far I have only had 1 protein shake, 2 HB eggs (salt & pepper only) and 1 container of Greek Yoguart w/granola. I brought lots of protein to work today (2 days worth) so that hopefully I can keep the monster within at bay. Day 3 smoke free and am feeling much more positive!!
