more good news
there is good news in our three sleeve family. Brother Roundater had a sleep study and has ditched his CPAP maching. DH Shrinking Nerd first asjusted his pressure but decided he would try a few nights without it. I don't detect even any snoring much less breathing interludes. I did hear some snoring but checked some of the other creatures that sleep in our bed and it was our dog Liza.
So this was a major motivator for my husband to get wls because he wanted liberationf from cpap. I think its gonna be ok. He is not having micro sleep episodes and isn't taking his usual pre- dinner nap. So Its gonna be a skinny summer here. HIs high shool reunion is in the fall. gotta go.
Would have loved to attend SJ support group tonight but not in the cards. Found out about anoher such group at our local hospital i might attend though i bet its full of rny and band patients.
