Body Changes

So the last couple of days my butt bone has hurt.  I think it's because I don't have the padding I used to have and my bone is protruding.  Time for a new office chair - big butt smushed all the padding.

And, your new smaller butt needs a new cushion to make it's own "tiny impressions"

hey i had to sit on a folded comforter to play cards today cuz the folding chair is killer.

I saw some weight loss surgery tv show where the lady actually had a small bit of her tail bone removed surgically because of discomfort since she became butt-free.

new chair definitly in order.  diane

Great word - smushed!  LOL!!!  Makes me giggle just saying it.  Yup, time for a new chair...just tell your office manager you need a new chair cuz you've been taking those noassitol pills and there is nothing left behind your front...

You must permanently change your lifestyle if you want your weight loss to be permanent. You can do it!

Noassitol pills made me lol. Its funny you bring this up because I have noticed the same thing. I cannot lounge for long periods of time due to noassitol syndrome. Its quite sad, literally nothing left back there. First post on the maint. Board so hello all. I think ill hang in this area despite the few posts. I think i can keep up on 4-5 non whining non repeating posts a day. It is wonderful to be in maintenance. I never thought I would be here honestly at the size I was. I am also happy to see that you all have struggled with the same things I have starting maintenance. Look forward to getting to know you all.

I had the no-butt syndrome after the rapid weight loss period. My trainer would have to put a pad on the floor for me, when I did abdominal exercises. Interestingly, over the past 1.5 years, through the weight training and weight redistribution, I have developed some padding on the ****yx area, so that it isn't nearly as painful as it used to be. It will improve, but in the beginning it was a literal PIA.
