Weight gain vs. bouncing around

I'm seem to be seeing a lot more TOM bounce/fluctuation than I did during my 'main' weightloss. 

Carolyn  (32 lbs lost Pre-op) HW: 291, SW: 259, GW: 129.5, CW: 126.4

Well I'm kinda in the same boat as you - had trouble stopping the weight loss.

I have a five-pound range:

At the top of the five pounds, it's all protein, no carbs, strict calorie counting, etc.

In between - whatever.

At the bottom of the five pound range, it's eat more whether I want to or not.

That way I don't "decide" - it's all about the weight of that day.

     

Heaviest weight:  310 pounds  (Male, 5'10")
