Hmmm.......

Up from 109.3 lbs yesterday and the previous 3 days. Hopefully, it is water retention from exercise and/or some sodium. My eating has been good.

144.8... it really was bloat yesterday, just like I thought.  But I'll admit, those two pounds scared me... I don't think I'll ever get over the fear of re-gain.  That's probably a good thing, I guess.

I think I'll start posting my exercise to this thread too, for accountability.  So when I think about slacking, I'll know I'm accountable here. 

Today I ran two miles (got up early!).  Later, I'll do 30 min yoga and 30 min core.  If the weather is nice when I get home, I'll walk the dogs 1 mile.  With all this exercise I'm doing, I'm still losing inches even though i'm not losing anymore weight.  My 8's are clearly too big and 6's fit nice.  I even tried on a size 6 skirt this weekend that was a smidge too big.  Probably vanity sized, but hey, I'll take it!  (Didn't buy it... bought two Small dresses instead).

 

5'5"    Goal reached, but fighting regain.  Back to Basics.

103.6 all is well.  I ate off program yesterday, and I mean way, way off program.  I am allowing myself a great deal of flexibility right now because I really have determined that I prefer to be around 105 lbs.  On the other hand, I don't want to get used to eating my friends homemade fudge on a regular basis.  I will stick with healthier choices today, but no harm done for now.

121.5 and fine.
but I was in k mart yesterday and was hungry and really had the urge to buy junk! frightening. Got an atkins protein bar instead. not the greatest choice but not a disaster either.  Diane
