Random Thoughts:
- Weight still creeping up from the damage from the past weekend.
- Always notice that it ussually takes about two days to see reflection on the scale.
- Hopefully tomorrow will be downward progress.

Joining this thread, and abusing it slightly to also post my cals, carbs, protein and water. My plan is to keep myself accountable here for at least the next three weeks (that's the minimum needed to create a habit I'm told).
Weight: 229.6, -2 from yesterday's 231.6 but I suspect that's almost all water from my sudden return to low carb eating.
Yesterday: 1158 cal, 58 carbs, 102 protein, 56 water. Not perfect. Eating nuts and a piece of cheese for snacks is low carb, but not low cal; on the other hand, a panang curry mix cooked with tofu and vegetables, without rice of course, is a great meal.
