OH! So many good congrats to you. You will figure out maintenance--I figure we all will if we are as smart and vigilant as we were in weight loss.

Congrats!
Way to go, your brain is a tricky thing it is.....mine still struggles with me wearing tiny clothes.
Maintenance isn't much different, just get to add more calories .....healthy ones!
Congrats again, enjoy.

Congrats to you. Take time every day to congratulate yourself on this success. You have earned this and we don't give ourselves enough "basking in glory".

We are all "recovering fat people" and its funny how many of us still think of ourselves as fat. The best thing is to go out and do stuff that you couldn't do fat to you mentally change this image. Thinking of yourself as a slim person is a part of learning to maintain.

Thaks for posting. Always great to see another sleever hit goal.  Diane

Woo Hoo!!!  You did it!  Congrats on your success!!!  If you can do that, you can do maintenance...just keep your head in the game...I know what you mean about how you see yourself, this also takes time.  What's funny to me is when I look at my before pix, I didn't really see myself that way and when I look at pix of myself now, I don't really think I see what is there either...the mind is a funny thing...

Many congratulations!

And I feel you on the still seeing yourself as heavier. EVERYDAY I look at my jeans and think, "no way my fat butt is gonna fit in those!" then I put them on am reminded that it's different now... What I'm trying to say is, we'll get there!

Congrats again and enjoy all your hard work!
