Just wanted to say...glad you're here. You've got the plan, and you'll have the weight off in no time. The hardest thing is just to START, but now that you're on your way, you'll do great...

Welcome back. I don't post often, but I'm always here. You have a great support group and an awesome surgeon with fabulous follow-up.
You've made a great start by coming here.

The water thing - I had to put myself on schedule. I drink 2 bottles of water (16.9 ounces) by 7am. The 3rd by 11:30am, 4th by 3:30pm, and the 5th by 5:30pm. I don't always finish the 6th bottle in the evening, but I do try.

 I, too, am battling...
I started "experimenting" with what I could get away with... a ****tail or 4 here, some chocolate there... I justified it by all the exercise I do (I really do a lot of exercise...)  But, then I got scared to get on the scale.

The moment of truth came when I had to put on a ****tail dress that fit well in December... but wouldn't zip in May!  I got on the scale and there were 8 pounds more than the last time I ventured forth.  After crying on the scale for 20 minutes, I resolved to shift those 8 pounds.

I went back to myfitnesspal.com and I am pleased to report that I am back down 5 of the 8.  Little by little I will learn my lesson!!!
