 154.5, I am swollen up from all the water I pumped in yesterday (before and after the race), put on two lbs overnight.

140.6 and easing into maintenance by broccoli and green beans as a snack. Added half cup of low sodium V8 to my Unjury Chicken Soup for breakfast. Still have good restriction and no room left after 2-3 oz of protein at meal time. Only change I'm making this week. Still exercising, tracking food and am allowing myself to weigh daily at this point. Thanks for all the advice!
