Rare vent time needed.. gains while upping exercise intensity
Hey Bunnymom! Same boat, I just want these last 10 or so gone!
I don't have any plans to scale back the vigilance though, but I really, really would like to have a tad more leeway to have things like sunflower seeds (been craving seeds for some reason..) and stuff like that. I want to experiment with low-carb baking using nut flours and my coconut oil.. I can have it now, but trying to balance 800 cals and not be hungry is a challenge now where as a month or so ago- not as much.. so things like that just need to wait.
Stepping up the workouts increased hunger quite a bit for me as I expected it would. I hit almost 100g of protein yesterday, and kept it at 800, and was not hungry! That was a nice revelation! I need to re-create that every day now, as it worked well. 90-100g protein, and nibbling every 2-3hrs seems to do it for me.. last meal at 9:30.
