I am so glad it's working for you.  I lost three pounds this week from eating it and I wasn't even trying to lose any more weight.  :)  My mom took one look at me today, and ran out to the store to buy the ingredients to make some for herself.  I told her there is no magic here, just good healthy food, but she is determined to the recipe a go.

You all have truly inspired me!  Soup's on the stove and I'm looking forward to it.  My soup pot wasn't big enough so I had to go upstairs for a giant size.  I'd better start clearing out room in my freezer!

My soup is in the pot cooking too!  It looks and smells wonderful.  This is definitely a winner for night time hungers.  The calories are very very very low and chuck full of nutrition.   Can't wait to eat it later.

I felt like a really healthy person at the the grocery store with all those veggies in the cart.  The cashier complimented me on all the healthy food, and the lady behind me kept looking in my cart, and then looking in her own cart which was filled with soda, chips, bread, candy, cookies, pastries, frozen food, and precooked hamburger patties.  My cart was fresh veggies, coconut milk, cheese, fruit, chicken, chicken broth, eggs, and  dice canned tomatoes.

It was a good feeling to be buying unusual fresh veggies such as bok choy and broccolini.  I actually had to have the produce person show me what they were....

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the end results.  I hope Lee reports back on how she liked it as well.
