"don't get too skinny!"

You're not the only person that looked up celebrity weights. I used that and a site called my body gallery to look at bodies at different weights. Most people in my daily life are a bit above normal in weight. I use the stars to "dream" about what size I want to be.

I've gotten everything from "hey skinny" to "you're okay aren't you" for a greeting. Someone even said "you weren't that heavy"! Fill in the blanks for my thoughts and know that I was nice but told everyone that my surgeon and I have agreed on my goal weight so everything is just fine. Am planning on losing another 5 pounds below goal to allow for daily fluctuations. My goal weight is my drop dead pouch test weight. I say do what's healthy mentally and physically for you. Well done and good luck!

I am pushing my BMI down below 20 for several reasons: I want to see if a BMI of around 19 means somewhat less flab/fat content. Also, I want to see if all the exercise (Zumba and dancing) will sculpt my body in a maximal way with the lower BMI. I am trying to avoid the need for plastics.

Update:
I just had my 10 days a month of wt loss. - my typical pattern

I am now 129 and hubby is complaining. He likes a lil meat on the bones and I've lost some--a lot!

I am happy though. Not sure what to do.
