up 1.4 lbs from yesterday. Probably fluid. I didn't eat an excess of 3500 cal yesterday, but I did exercise, which sometimes will bump up the weight a bit. Onward and downward.

 Hi everyone.
I'm on the island of Hawaii visiting my son.  I have no access to a scale but have been eating carefully and walking/hiking a lot.  I hope I will be the same or down when I return home.

Lnunes, Ruggie and I (the Sacramento Cirangle group) are planning on visiting the San Jose Dr Cirangle meeting on Wednesday. I'm So looking forward to it.  

I'll weigh in when I get home.  Have a great weekend.

Had a great support group this morning. Was nice to see everyone, even had a few newbies with some really good questions.
