I've concluded it's a never ending battle for me.  The sleeve is great, but I still need to do my part.  Like you, stress eating is a real problem, and snacking/grazing is poison.  I think we just need to stay vigilant and not give in to the old habits.  Good luck in your continued journey

Write down and record everything you put in your mouth for a while - make sure that part of your brain isn't sneaking by stuff past the other part.

Ruggie is right that you gotta food journal everything if you have stopped. It really puts you back in the mode. I still do this 2.5 years out and probably will forever. Its become part of my routine. Will help you become more conscious of what you eat.

Focus on the here and now and whether you really need to eat something and whether dense protein will satisfy you. If that doesn't sound appealing, you are not really hungry.  Think in these terms one day at a time or one hour at a time. Don't think of it as the rest of your life as that is too daunting and too easy to give up on and overeat. Think more like there are no forbidden foods but for today I am making the choice to eat healthy.

Stress is relieved by exercise, sunlight , and finding something else you enjoy doing.   Diane

We all get it, stress eating is hard.  I agree about the journaling and going back to a set number of meals a day.  Just make a new rule, "no snacking between meals, period, end of story".  Remember that hunger is not an emergency and you can wait until the next meal.  You know that I am writing this for myself as much as for you.  Really, we all get it.  Thank you for keeping it real.
