So, that last 10-20lbs..

My weight loss never slowed down at all. When I got to the point where I felt too thin, I had to actively add calories to stop it. When I look at my logs, I can see that any time my calories went up, my exercise went up too, so I think that's why.

 I actually need to make an appointment to see my surgeon its been a while. while i look like I dont need to lose anymore I feel like I do.  People keep saying "you dont need to lose anymore" but I still feel fat.
