Not only have I reached my surgeon's goal, but now I've reached NORMAL BMI! Never before in my adult life have I had a Normal BMI!! I am super stoked! I have less than 5 pounds to my personal goal!!!!!!!!

I thought I was close enough to goal in the last few weeks that I could start building my new wardrobe. So I went out and bought several 8's and 6's and Medium's and even one Small. Well, now they are getting a little baggy on me! Frustrating but a GREAT problem to have!

Life is good!

It hasn't always been easy, but it is WELL worth every bit of struggle! And I'm truly building healthy habits now, which is AWESOME!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of you... so many of you on this board (the "vets" board as I like to think of it) have helped me in so many ways. I wouldn't have come this far this fast without you. *muah*

Hey Hey! Great! We are like, neck and neck.
It feels great doesn't it?
There is such a huge improvement in the before and afters.
It always amazes me when I see them side by side.

I was just at Old Navy shopping and was fustrated because I had picked up a skirt yesterday in a hurry, because I have literally NOTHING that fits me for warm weather. I looked at the 8 and the 10 and thought the 8 looked sized really small. So I got the ten and when I got home and put it on....really really too big.
Today, I took the time to try on the 8 just to make sure and guess what...too big,
Had to go to a 6! LOL

Got a bunch of really cute outfits there and at Marshalls...I mean if you're a size 6 shouldn't you reward yoursel? I'm just sayin.

Love the new name! Someday we gotta meet and go play poker.

Cheers,
Donna

Yes, we do!!  Sushi & poker!!  LOL

I totally agree about rewarding yourself on the size 6.  I'm wearing my size 6 jeans today.  And they are comfortable, too (not even tight!!!)!!  It's awesome!  I always thought I'd be a size 8 at goal... not even at goal yet and already fitting in 6 is more than I could have asked for.

Exactly what I was thinking today!
I'm now thinking that I may even be in a 4 when I hit my goal.
I have NEVER been a 6 never mind a 4 LOL
