Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday, 3/22
I wouldn't try to gain any weight, since eventually your body will settle down, and may go up a bit on its own. Your BMI is still within the healthy range. Maybe, just keep increasing your calories as you have been doing. Have you been able to talk with a dietitian?
At some future point, some of the gauntness that you may be feeling right now, will level out, as your weight redistributes itself. I remember reading this early out and didn't quite understand it, but I am about 18.5 months out and have been noticing less bony areas and things have filled out. I have been building muscle, so that helps, but some of the other changes are probably redistribution of whatever fat was left on my body. Rapid weight loss is a real shock to our bodies and I am learning that it takes some time for our bodies to readjust.
