I need sensible advice on slowing down the loss

If you need to up your calories, try adding some canned coconut milk to your coffee or a protein shake. It does not have a strong flavor and is full of good fats!

I start every morning by mixing 8 oz of hazelnut decaff coffee with a Chocolate Premier Protein shake and some coconut milk. I heat this all up together in the microwave. YUMM!

I also brush some coconut oil onto sliced sweet potatoes and bake them.

I am not much for flavored coffee but you did give me the idea to make some green coconut chicken curry !  I love the spicy coconut flavor and haven't had it in sooooo long.  I think thats a great idea!  I will add a few calories to my dinner meals by adding heavier than usual items ie the coconut milk and low fat instead of fat free, etc.  I think this is doable more so than eating more.  That is not as easy as my family thinks...LOL  you know?  Oh mom just eat more food at each meal....
