Bodpod resuts/changing ticker/calling goal?
I'm at 26.2% body fat. Down 3% from October. I'm barely 5'1" and weighed in yesterday on there scale at 141.I'll admit to you all that this number was due to a three day binge (Fri/Sat/Sun). Not proud but being honest. On my scale Friday morning I was 136 so I actually believe my body fat % is lower than that.
On my ticker I have a dream wt of 125. That number was there before I had a body comp test done. I really don't believe it's attainable. For one my scale has not moved since October. And at 19% body fat my wt would still be 131!
So what do you all think?

I think the most important thing is what size you are and how you look in the mirror. Our weight isn't tattooed on our forehead so no one knows the number, just how we look to them.
For me, I do like to keep my body fat under 20% but that's in order to achieve athletic goals. (I run faster with less body fat.) If you can meet your goals at 26% body fat, then why try to go lower? I think I'm around that body fat % now and no one seeing me on the street would think I need to lose weight.

Jennifer,
You and I had surgery around the same time, and I'm also about your height. Right now I'm 129. I'm still losing, but very slowly. I seem to drop an ounce or 2 every month, and that's ok with me.
My goal weight is 120. Am I going to get there? I doubt it, but I'm pretty ok with that. Right now I'm wearing a size 4, and I look good and healthy. I think I'll eventually reach 125 which is in healthy BMI range. I'm jogging about 10 miles a week, doing a bunch of sit ups, and weight training. I'm healthier than I've ever been.
The scale is just a number, and I refuse to get wrapped up in it. If it goes up a bit, I just make sure to watch for a few days, and it drops back down. Don't let the scale rule your mentality.
