Hard to stick to Maintenance

 I really want to reduce calories back to 1,000. If weight continues to go up I will on Saturday..

What are you eating calorie wise now?   I am trying to adjust to maintenance, too, so am curious.  
I haven't gained, but have the same 2# that go up and down since trying to maintain.  
I am at about 1200 calories a day right now.

If you are giong up and down 2 pounds, you are there. Don't change a thing!

Though I go up and down 4 pounds over the course of a month. Water retention and all...

I've been maintaining within a two pound range since mid-April. This is a normal fluctuation. One's weight doesn't remain the same from day to day. Two lbs is normal for maintenance.

 I try to maintain to. I go up and down 5 lbs all the time. I still want to loose 10 more lbs  but my body just will not let me no matter what I do. I eat 1200 one day than 900 the next. But nothing happens exercise like a nut. 



My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

I started a low carb high fiber meal plan at 1150c. After about a week my weight started to move and yesterday I woke up to a two lb loss that was maintained today!

Cautiously I will continue the plan, and the current level of one hr pedaling and resistance training...{:>} rd
