So hungry at night??
I eat the majority of my protein in the AM, which helps to keep my hunger at bay during the daytime. I have a small snack, before I exercise after work. When I get home, I've been having a light protein shake, which curbs my hunger and sometimes that ends up being my dinner. My dinner is usually lighter and I graze less during the evening. Also, I spread out my calories, so that I have some to spare at night. This has always been an issue and I think some of it, is habit and emotional.
Perhaps, having a dense protein snack in the afternoon around 4 PM would help to stave off the hunger. I think that helps me.

They offer two different chocolates. Chocolate Splendor is the one that I can vouch for. Boy, my reputation in on the line. LOL!

I read recently that nighttime eating is a biological throwback to our caveman ancestors. They would hunt all day, then at night, they would eat (too dark to hunt and gather I guess). This made perfect sense to me -- esp. since so many people have this problem. It's not a psychological problem, it is biological. So -- we need to deal with the reality of biology. Feed it with something that meets your needs (i.e., protein) and don't feel guilty!
