112 lbs later..what a birthday:))
What an amazing birthday spent perfectly! Great friends and a 17 mile bike ride!!!!! That is stupendous for me.
1 yr and 5 mos later:
I can wear a size 6 pant...I was a 22 needing a 24. I can wear a sweater dress with horizontal lines.....of all things....NEVER IN MY LIFE BEFORE could I do that. I can still walk around and people I have known do not recognize me....it's kool I must say. I can do 30 pushups, I have run a 5k once and will be twice coming up....NEVER IN MY LIFE BEFORE could I do that...wouldn't have even thought of doing that.
All of the things that were so unpleasant, hard, emotionally/physically difficult, scary, impossible are now absolutely do-able. There are many but one thing that I most treasure is having a trainer that has believed in me when I really needed it because I really wanted to make it happen for good.
It has happened....I have trained since last April non-stop....the ultimate in overcoming this beast called obesity. VSG is the start of the rest of my fit life...living to the fullest intentionally:))))))

I am just like you and have been non-stop with a trainer since last April, best decision and I would not be nearly as fit, strong, and trim as I am without her. She is awesome!
The combo of VSG and seriously weight training can't be beat!
