Who's Still a Night Eater?

Something to keep in mind: ghrelin levels are higher at night.

Knowing that, I plan to have some calories left over for a little late-night snacking.

interesting. why is ghrelin higher at night?  certainly explains a lot. I too save up calories for evening snack.  diane

I haven't been able to find any details as to why. That's just what people who measure ghrelin observe.

Funny I've never been a night eater.  I would always eat my supper then nothing else before bed.  But through the day, I could eat constantly and still could (sometimes I do).  Sometimes I think that I have filled my stomach enough by evening that it's the only time of day I don't feel hungry.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
