gaining weight and am scared
What do you think is contributing to your weight gain? Bad food? lack of exercise? What kind of obstacles are you running into? I'd like to help but need a bit more info.
Start weight: 388, Current Weight: 185, Goal Weight: 180, Weight Lost: 203 lbs

I think I am no****ching carbs as much. I do not eat bread, pasta or rice but am eating pretzels and crackers. I put an app on my phone and am going to start to really monitor what I am eating. I stopped exercising and need to get moving again.
Stress in my life from work and life problems has mad me not focus on myself. I need to become selfish and spend some time on me. I need to check in on here daily and become accountable.

My saving graces are:
1. Food tracking
2. Exercise, including weight training
3. support, both online and face to face
4. weighing and measuring my food
5. staying away from sweets and carbs, like rice, potatoes, bread, crackers. I do sample things occassionally, but I don't have them in my daily diet.
6. And did I say, food tracking?
7. Weigh myself daily and take my weekly weight on Sunday,
I have been maintaining within a 2 lb window since mid-April
