WLS2011- Thanks. I think I will do my measurements. Believe me- I only do stairmaster 1 hour a week to build muscle in my jiggly legs. HA! My first love is zumba!! I do it 3 or 4 times a week. Would love to run...but cant. I have had multiple surgeries on my knee and have 5 bone transplants...BLAH and for some reason that running motion kills me and is a definate no no from my orthopedic doctor!
Anyway- my future is looking brighter since I am gonna measure and see how that works out! Its wierd...I am so used to working on my weight and having a goal I need to hit for loss that it is kind of like I am sad! Stupid, I know, but brains are stupid sometimes!
