It feels GREAT!  I finally got the scale moving good again after 2 1/2 years// i realized it was small snacks, mostly enriched crackers etc.. all wrong for me.. how easy it is to slip back into old habits..

I went to my surgeon for my checkup this week and he was so happy..  I still have quite a bit more to lose but i am going the right direction now :)  I go again in 12 weeks, and i hope to lose 25 pounds more by then...

I lost 21 pounds in this 7 weeks, but i will not keep losing at this rate..  I am hoping for the best though, exercising as much as i possibly can etc..  BEING ACCOUNTABLE :)

I want to thank all of you for your help when i do post and i read a lot of yours...
I need to be more active on the board, that would help a lot..

I weigh every Sunday morning, i will start posting it...
thanks everyone for listening

I wanted to add I just had my 4 year surgiversary..  how does time go that fast?  One thing my doc said, "At least You know how to maintain.."  Thats a big part of the battle

Congrats on the success! It's nice to hear you are heading in the right direction. I can see how snacks can sneak up on us quickly. For me, it's the salt in those damn things that my head craves. Will be looking for your posts on Sundays ... accountability is key!
All the best
Lynda

Big Big BIG congratulations on 4 years!!  I'm so glad that you're still here to celebrate with us.

21 pounds in 7 weeks is incredible.  What a huge feat you've just accomplished.  You really are proving that everything still works if we work it.   Thank you so much for sharing what's working for you!

Thank you :). I just don't want people to give up. I had a long journey when I started. They told me to expect 100 pounds with the sleeve that is the average number. I had a lot more than that I lose as you can see. I know I have never been thin and do not expect to be but I feel so much better. The skin I hate. I will keep trying and see where my new goal weight wil actually be. Thanks so much
