Hello all. I have a question for ya all. I have not lost any weight sense November when I was 160 now I am 165. I drink my water do my exercise watch what I eat most of the time I only ear 900 calories a day or under.

I have lost nothing. But I have noticed my waste and legs arms boobs well my whole body is smaller. I just can not wrap my head around just loosing inches for months. Does this happen to anyone else. People keep telling me I am getting smaller but I do not see that. My children tell me i am so skinny and getting smaller but I do not see that. Just wondering thanks val

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

I'm not sure about the weight gain, unless you were doing some weight lifting and building muscle. The loss of inches could be related to your recent plastics and resolution of the residual swelling. You probably do look smaller. How much excess skin was removed? Also, our body goes through some fat redistribution the further out that we get from surgery. Your waist would definitely be smaller related to the tummy tuck. Enjoy your smaller body!!!

clothes don't lie. if they are getting looser you must be adding muscle. good deal.
see if you can find a place that determines your body fat percentage which is useful information and be glad you are losing inches. that really is more important.   diane

As long as you are losing inches and shrinking, it is a good thing....but typically it is difficult to put on 5 lbs of muscle for females. I find it hard to put on muscle since WLS, since I really don't take in enough calories to offset the exercise and build a lot (and I'm eating a lot more cals than you)...however, I am seeing definition and muscle changes, but for now, my weight is not changing that much either up or down....
I have continued to lose inches and body fat %, even when the scale stayed the same.

Just keep up what you are doing and keep shrinking, that's my plan...I will only worry about the scale if it goes over 5 lbs upwards....
