- 200.3, just a bit over my range and definately out of my comfort zone.

- Been off track. Have to get back. Weekends are always tough for me and holiday weekends are even worse.

- Seeing the 200 number on the scale has motivated me to get back on track as I vowed never to leave onederland.

 135.  A scarey number for me.  I am one lb. from my original goal wt and I'd much rather be 10 below.  I am going to stay the course with exercise and proper eating.  This too shall pass.

Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

110.7 lbs

Second day in a row that I have been up. I haven't been exercising like I usually do, partly due to some shoulder tendinitis, but I need to get back on track with my eating too.

Oh God Gail when you said shoulder tendinitis I cringed.  I'm going through the same thing right now and it just sucks.  I had an MRI on Friday and see the Doc tomorrow.  All I can say is don't ignore it...get it treated because it will probably get worse.  In the early stages all you probably need is some PT.  Hope you get it resolved soon dear.

Thank you for your kind words. I injured it, just before Christmas, and when it started feeling better, I went back to lifting weights. Wrong thing to do. It just started the inflammatory process again. I haven't been doing much upper body work, but it is getting better with Arnica gel, massage, and ice. I didn't go to the doctor, because they always say, "RICE." My trainer has been using range of motion exercises and light weights as tolerated. It is better, but I'm not going to test it with heavy weights for awhile. It is amazing how this injury has affected my workouts. For awhile, everything was aggravating it. Resting it has really helped.

Unfortunately tendinitis takes a looong time to get better.  I know, because this is not my first injury, LOL.  My other shoulder...same thing.  It took about a year and a half to get better.  That was about 7 years ago and to this day it still "talks to me"  when I lift too heavy.  Take it easy and give it time : )

Thank you. Years ago I had some tendinitis in my elbow and that took months to heal, so I am going to be light with weights for another month or two. Today, we just started with with some lighter weights, so far so good. I'm going to try TRX this week, since it uses body weight and I can self adjust, to make it more difficult or easier.
