Thank you for such a thoughtful and meaningful post. You have certainly grown from where you were several months ago. Your posting shows the progress that you have made and you seem more at peace with yourself. Kudos to you!!! I've been so close to goal but find myself starting to stray.
I'm petrified of gaining although people have told me not to lose anymore weight.

This post just might help motivate me to keep my head on straight and focused.
