I passed out twice today and went to the ER

I 've had those systems about three times before. Always I ate some protein once I started to feel them. This is the first time that I didn't eat any protein and I fainted.

Oh OK...so the trick for you is to have a protein bar or something to grab and quickly munch.  That's an awesome solution.

You know, I get sick when I am working out in the gym or out walking.  So, I've learned that I have to eat a snack before an hour is up while working out.  Then I have to sit for 10 minutes before I can start again.  It's become part of my routine.I have no idea why, but that is the way it is.  I assume it's a blood sugar issue or something.  I get dizzy and sick to my stomach if I don't grab a snack.  What seems to work is a protein + carb snack.  I was not this way before VSG.

I hope you don't have an episode for a long time.  It must have been scary.
