Goal - again!
I started out at 248# and originally set my goal at 150#. Got there, so revised it to 140# and weighed 140# this morning. That makes my BMI 21.3 which is well below what I ever dreamed of!
The funny thing, at about 145# I started trying to maintain, not especially lose more. And, it started coming off more quickly then! I was losing about 1# every 10 days or so, but lost the last 5# in under 2 weeks.
I am fine with losing more! Especially now that some of the fat has re-distributed and my face and neck don't look quite so bad. I will let my weight settle where my body wants it to. I am in a size 8 but they are getting large on me. NEVER thought I'd be 140# or a size 6-8.
The negative side is I have bought clothes that I love and don't want that expense again.

That is great!
I hit goal yesterday-145 and I also want to loose a few more pounds so I have a lifetime maintenance range.
I recommend getting the clothes tailored since you love them.

This happened to me too. had to increase calories with a daily hit of peanut butter. it may take you a couple of months to find out the right calories to maintain. but don't be alarmed and don't try too hard to regain. it will come back soon enough. at a couple of years your capacity to eat will be greater and you may feel more hunger. congrats on your success. diane
Pretty Awesome !!!
I think we need pics!!!
