Just got back from support group.
Diane and shrinking nerd look great.

121 lb today. Maintaining at about 5 lb less than usual for the past couple of months. Two year surgiversary coming up in another week or so. Just trying to eat healthy, and trying to be happy. The first easier than the second. DH gone a year and a half today. Depression sneaks up on me when I'm not looking, and hits me with just a look, or a song, or an expression.
Trying to focus on the blessings in my life. It works most of the time.
Yay for my sleeve. Wish DH could see me now!! The last time he saw me before he died was 6 months post op, and 65 lbs lost. He was really liking the change.

I'm sorry Carol, it must be hard.  I'm sure your husband would be very proud of you.

Thanks Jennifer, I think he would be proud.  He went with me to have the surgery, and he was very supportive always.  He just wanted me to be happy.  He supported me when I wanted to have my eyeliner and lipliner tattooed on.  (Ooooo that hurts), and he supported me through all the different diets and weight loss phases I went through.  (many, many over our almost 40 years together.)
Anyway...... thankful for all of that... thankful for my sleeve.
