Maintenance Weigh In - Friday, 01/20
Surgery Date - June 12, 2009
Surgery Weight - 230 lbs
Goal Weight - 155 lbs
Preferred Range - 135 - 139 lbs
Today's Weight - 133.2 lbs
I ate larger meals yesterday, but I hated being 'full' so I won't be doing that again. I will bring in larger and more healthy snacks, but I don't want to get into grazing. I am working it out...
I eat carbs at every meal, breakfast oats, lunch tortilla and sometimes a tortilla for dinner (I love them and they don't trigger me...). I use Olive or Coconute Oil for cooking. I use full fat mayo.
I never eat patatoes, rice, pasta, bread, buns, cakes, pies, etc... I rarely have rum. I never drink my calories... I rarely, but do on occassion, eat out and junk food...
I love the way I am eating and could eat this way for life... but I still lose at this time of the month it seems... sooooo I was able to stop it yesterday, and even gain a bit, so I will work on it again today. I am actually at the point where my body is almost my personal best... never, ever, ever, have I looked and felt like this... Everything is done, just a tinch on my outer thighs, but just a tinch... I probably should take pics again... but I hesitate, because... well I like model thin, but I am not sure others do... I am 20 lbs lower than my Avatar... so again I hesitate... I will think about it. Oh and I am also 3 lbs from the century club. It is my goal to never get there... and if I was to go into the 120's I will pull out all the stops and stop the loss... but I am confident I can ensue that will not happen...
