Oh my, it must be that time of the month again where I lose without trying. I will immediately up my cals... I think I still look fantastic and not too thin, I am also cautious because I have heard of so many that got back into some bad habits when they tried to either stop the weight loss or gain some weight.
If for a short time I am underweight so bit it. I will get a handle on this by making healthy changes slowly... I am not going to overreact at this point. It took me over 40 years to break my addiction to sweets and junk food, and I am going to be VERY careful not to use anything I LOVE to get this under control...

Cindy you are doing great. Don't worry too much about dropping a little low. so many things can cause these variations and the further out we get , the more of these there seems to be. My surgeon says to eat a little more in the way of complex carbohydrates to regain a few pound. I think its best to eat nuts, avocado, some cheese or fruit or 1% milk and do it slow. i am convinced that the number we see each moring is the product of several days behavior and not just the day before . GL and way to go. Diane
