Aw that mush just melted my heart!  I'm very happy for you - and for that lucky little boy!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

 Congratulations on this joyful event!

Everything else will fall into place.  You've always been good at working with your sleeve. It won't fail you now, just needs a bit of attention.

Congrats on your new baby!   Soon he will be crawling and walking and then you will run your legs off and have fewer maintenance issues.  Meanwhile I know you can get those 7 pounds off and probably pretty quickly. Accounting for what you eat is the first step. harder to eat junk if you know you have to write it down - even if no one else sees it.

So we are all supporting you and look forward to your postings about your progress and what that new little guy is doing.     Diane

Mushy talk about sweet babies is ALWAYS ok!!

I am here for you as you have been here for me all along! I am happy that you caught this and are not reverting to old ways. Accountability is a huge part of my success and I know it is for you as well. So you've got that all covered.

Will be looking to follow your progress and I'm sure you will be back to your mini-me self again soon!
-8lbs lost during the 6 month insurance hoop jumping,

Well, no weight loss this week.  Stuck inside due to the big northwest snowstorm for 5 days ... Must confess that I didn't make all the best choices, but I didn't make horrid ones either.

Oh well ... I didn't gain it all in 2 weeks ... won't loose it all in 2 weeks.

Off to Daytona next week for hte Rolex 24 Hour Endurance Race.  Lots of walking to be done there!

Have a great weekend everyone!

(And baby Gunnar is doing great ... Lots of laughing, cooing, and "talking" going on these days!)

Revision from Sleeve to DS (with re-Sleeve) on 10/10/17. Slow and steady ...
