I am so glad that I found this Group!  I was sleeved a year and 1/2 ago.  Have lost 153 pounds down from a size 28 to 10/12.  I am not sure if I am eating right and exercising enough so it is nice to find this group!  I am down to 188 which is 4 pounds up from where I was 2 weeks ago, not sure what's up with that! I was lost now with this group I feel found!  Has nyone experienced a sudden weight gain, I am eating much the same thing.  What are you all eating to maintain?

Are you logging your food? Are you staying within a specific caloric range? Are you getting at least 70-80 grams/protein/day? Are you eating a lot of carbs, like rice, pasta, potatoes, chips, etc? How is the exercise?

A couple of pounds can just be some fluid shifts. Our weight doesn't usually remain the same from day to day. Four lbs would be an alarm for me. If you still have have your menstrual cycle, some people can gain some water weight around this time.

I have been maintaining within a 2 lb range since mid-April. I work at it, everyday. I log my food, stay away from pasta, rice, etc., although, I do get carbs from nonfat milk, Greek yogurt, veggies, legumes, nuts, and a little fruit. I eat a little oatmeal a few times/week, but I exercise 5-6 times/week, so I burn the carbs off and need them. I weight train 2-3 days/week and do some walking, along with 2-3 Spin classes and one TRX class/week.

I would recommend reviewing what you are eating each day and starting at that point.

Good Luck and Welcome!

Congratulations on a fantastic weight loss!!
