Isn't it hillarious Mikey, that in order for us to not weigh less than we want, we decide to put on some muscle, instead of just eating more.  Never ever in my wildest dreams would I ever think I would make that kind of decision.  Hilarious!!    Happy Muscle Building!

Haven't weighed in today.  Maybe tomorrow.  I need to get my head out of this miserable funk.  Maybe it's just because it's winter, maybe it's because I feel so trapped at work and at home.  I don't know, but depression stinks!  On top of that my hubby, who takes a gazillion different prescription drugs, (I take NOTHING, BTW), apparently dropped a Cymbolta on the floor and didn't realize it.  Well my little pooches found it and must have shared.  They've been pucking and laying around all day.  I wouldn't have known except my granddaughter found the shell in her bedroom and asked me what it was.  I sure didn't know, but hubby knew right away.  Poor Maggie and Molly seem much better now, thankfully.
Anyway.  That's my excuse.

Ahww big hugs Marie, hang in there.  Everything will look better either later today or tomorrow...

Be extra kind to yourself today, take a hot bath, have a snooze, read a book, listen to some calming music, go for a nice walk, treat yourself to a healthy lunch...  just be extra nice and gentle with yourself, and do what you need and want to do for yourself.

I am thinking of you...

Cindy

Today's weight: 110 lbs.

Strange,  I have steadily been going up this week, despite lowering my calories by about 100-150 and cutting out some problem foods. Protein intake is good, sodium is about average for me,  carbs within my range.  I did return to weight training this week, so maybe my muscles are holding on to water. 109-110 lbs seems to be where my body wants to be. I think the 107.6 lbs for a few days may have been related to not weight training for about 1.5 weeks due to an injured shoulder.
