Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday, 01/07
Surgery Date - June 12, 2009
Surgery Weight - 230 lbs
Goal Weight - 155 lbs
Preferred Range - 135 - 140 lbs
Today's Weight - 134.6 lbs
I have added back in healthy snacks, peanut butter and fresh mature coconuts...

I had every intention of not ever letting my weight go below 135 lbs. I am not going to worry about it, I will continue to tweak it with healthy snacks and get it back up in the healthy range.
My longer term plan is to add some muscle, that way I will weigh more without having to gain weight. I LOVE my body now more than I ever have in my life!! (However, I don't want to be underweight.)

Thank you!! That is the plan, to gain 'muscle' weight, rather than 'fat' weight... I don't want to gain weight from 'eating'. I would rather gain weight from 'new muscles'...
I want to look toned, not have any bulging muscles. So I will have to figure out how to get that look. It will be amazing to tone up my body, when I have so little fat on it. The muscles will probably show quite quickly... it should be fun and a great new challenging goal.
Yes, I can't get over that I can have 3 full meals a day and healthy snacks... and maintain with that... Man life is good. Why did I not do this sooner??

I think I am up a pound, because I am back with the weight training this week. I took a week off, because of my shoulder and I think I dropped a pound, because I lost some muscle. My eating has been on plan and I actually cut a couple of items out that were becoming problematic. It is so wonderful to know that I have some control over this. Staying within a two pound range seems to be working for me.
