 127.8 lbs. this morning.  Exercise seems to be key for me, I've been putting 10 miles a day on my bike.  Guess I should pick up the free weights again too.  
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

Hi Sweets,

That is what I find, if I exercise I definately have a bit more leeway!  I am proud of you and it is so good to have you back!  Have a good one!

Today's Weight ~ 197.2 lbs
WLDMWI ~ down 2 lbs

I tracked my food yesterday and was shocked just under 1200 calories. Makes life harder when you eat healthier...LOL. I've got to get the exercising going!. But, Thinking I'm still shy to go to the gym. Will getter done though!!!

Great job on the loss!!  Yeehaw!! 

Imagine if you were going to the gym at 330, then you would be really shy!  Don't let anyone get in the way of your health and fitness.  If they don't like what they see they can look the other way.  And with that gorgeous face that is where they will be looking anyway.  Go for it honey, do it for yourself!

On the topic of being shy, when I am not in the 'mood' to see people, I love when it rains, even it it drizzles or has been raining, I leave my umbrella up and tilt it in such a way I don't have to make eye contact... bad eh?  snicker snicker.  We do what we have to do...  sigh...

Congrats on tracking your food and getting a handle on the calories going in... I am cheering you on!

Good morning.

Today 128.2
Yesterday 128.0

I'm going to track my food today for the first time in awhile.  My new trainer wants to see what I'm eating.  I imagine by tracking, I'll start to lose the last few pounds that I've been worrying about.  Have a great day everyone.

You may already use this site...But, I suggest MYFITNESSPAL..After you log your food, water, activity it can be printed out!!!...
