Today's Weight ~ 197.2 lbs
WLDMWI ~ down 2 lbs
I tracked my food yesterday and was shocked just under 1200 calories. Makes life harder when you eat healthier...LOL. I've got to get the exercising going!. But, Thinking I'm still shy to go to the gym. Will getter done though!!!

Imagine if you were going to the gym at 330, then you would be really shy! Don't let anyone get in the way of your health and fitness. If they don't like what they see they can look the other way. And with that gorgeous face that is where they will be looking anyway. Go for it honey, do it for yourself!
On the topic of being shy, when I am not in the 'mood' to see people, I love when it rains, even it it drizzles or has been raining, I leave my umbrella up and tilt it in such a way I don't have to make eye contact... bad eh? snicker snicker. We do what we have to do... sigh...
