Maintenance Weigh In - Monday, 01/02
OK, the party's over. Time for me to get real again. No Halloween, no Thanksgiving, no Christmas or New Years. I've been relaxing the rules, eating too many almonds. Not exercising. Now I have to pay the piper . So this morning I weighed 130.3 lbs. AUGGGGGG. So I am a good 5-7 lbs. up from my happy place. So back on the wagon. Summer is coming and so are capri's and vacations and swim suits and sleeveless shirts. Time to power up.
135 for the last 2 days.
Time to cut out my almost no carb cheesecake & start exercising. This is my first time to post on here and plan on posting as often as possible. Need accountability! Need to get the last few pounds off & would love to get to 120-125 this year. I've been maintaining between 133-35 for the last few months, but I really want to get lower.

I am 201 Lbs today.
The holiday Gluttany got to me. Can't blame it on the swelling from my plastics. I it was all the west Indian food my mother made for our holiday meals. She came up from Florida and I couldn't resist the food, deserts and alcohol.
Last Friday marked my Six weeks from my plastics. So I'm cleared for exercise again.
My Resolution for this year is consistent exercise. I started yesterday and went to the Gym. Going to aim for three times a week.
Back on program and hopefully these few pounds will come off fast.

It's a new year so I think I will become a little more active on the boards. I started the Holidays at 133.2 after my lowest weight of 130.4. Anyway over the holidays I gained about 5 lbs. I'm happy to say 4 of them have disapeard in the past few days.
Goal Range: 130-135
