Bumetanide water pill

I have used this diuretic above............. and I believe it has my body stuck !!!  I am at a stall that I cannot break.

I am far out also  3.5 years............... so I know it become more of a struggle.


I am going to drink 96 Oz's of water today and no water pill and see what happens.

I may even gain before I begin to drop again.

Any ideas on this ?

don't know about this pill. is it prescribed or over the counter? water stuff can have a big effect but i don't think you can go wrong with getting more fluid.   you may be converting fat to muscle mass. even if weight is the same, are clothes fitting the same?   Diane

Thanks Diane. I have not gained.  just trying to get back into the 160's.

I am going to try the water increase and protein.
