Getting back on track and 600-800 Calories...
Hello sleevesters!!! I have not been on OH for SO long and it is time to get back on track for myself and to get rid of my last chunk of well...CHUNK! LOL I miss the boards and I left my old board (Maryland) a long time ago because of all the BS high school games other people played with other members (not with me or played by me). The boards work when they are used for good and not evil!
For those of you eating 600-800 calories a day, what exactly are you eating to stay within that range? I was thinking about having a Smart One for lunches at work, but they are about 300 calories and honestly, they all have a lot of salt and carbs.

Welcome back! Same Doc..cool! I dont count caolories but I have been maintaining pretty well doing 4 basic meals a day.. 1 being a shake then a lunch, dinner and 1 snack. Mostly protein and lo carb. I dont worry about fat...I do full fat cheeses, mayo etc. I did this during the losing phase as well but back then I didnt do any real fruit or refined carbs, only what I got in veggies.
Just go back to basics..protein first then veggies and lots of drinking in between!

Heather, I have been "correcting" a cookie induced regain of 20lbs, what is working great for me is 3 protein shakes a day (syntax nectar have 100cal and no sugar) then I have some beef jerkey, cottage cheese, fish and chicken the rest of the day, I have kept my calories under 1000, protein over 100, and am losing at a fast pace, down 12lbs in about 6 weeks, which is great cause I am 3 yrs out. I basically try to follow all of Elina's advice, so hopefully she chimes in with some!
