Maintenance Weigh In - Friday, 12/16
Good morning.
128.8 today, I'm starting to drop a little. My high was 129.6 a couple of days ago, which freaked me out. I stopped exercising when the weather got cold, which hasn't helped one bit. I have a treadmill and a bunch of evercise DVDs which I could do without leaving the house. I need to get my lazy butt in gear and just do it.

Not really trying to lose very much, but I'll see what it is tomorrow, after I have weight training today. Sometimes the exercise will put on a little water weight.
I did very well this week at work. There were treats out everyday and I was able to pass on them. At the staff party, I did have 2 bites of a red velvet cake and couple of bites of a chocolate chip cookie, but that was all. In prior years, I would have eaten the entire piece plus more. For the meal, I stuck with mostly protein items, like salmon, and veggies. I didn't have pasta, rice, ambrosia, rolls, lumpia, etc. I didn't feel deprived and if I wanted something, I would have had a small amount. I choose not to eat certain things. The majority of the time, I am picky about what goes into my sleeve, since the real estate is small. LOL!!!
