I'm not sure. I am trying to fight this off on my own, but may need to get to the dr. I don't feel worse, but next week is going to be super busy, so it would behoove me to make sure my immune system is performing at its best.

Perhaps you need something to help kick it in the butt.  If you had the time, and did not expect to busy, then you may be able to work on it and let it take its course.  However, knowing you have a busy week coming up, I would hate to see it kick you on your butt and then you are really sick for awhile.

I hope you get something to help you fight it.

Thank you honey! Yeah, I have been loading up Vitamin C as well as taking some over the counter stuff. I will give it until Monday and if I don't see an improvement, I will make an appointment!

Up from yesterday, but the change is related to fluid shifts. Weight training and a little more sodium may be responsible. I don't worry about the day to day changes like I used to.  1-2 lb fluctuations seem to be the norm.
