Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday, 12/15
Good to hear, please be careful and when you are better you really should try to get that good ole' BMI out of the Underweight category... Have you had a dexa scan? It is none of my business but are you too thin?
If you know me, you know I like to be super slim also, but I am not going to let my BMI go down below 18.5 lbs... yours is quite a bit below that honey...
Please take care of yourself and feel better soon... enjoy your soup...
Cindy
p.s. I hope I am not out of line here, you are an adult and can do as you please, I just care...

Well, it is barely in the underweight category and doesn't stay there for long. The drainage from my sinus caused me to have not appetite. However, it has moved on to my chest. While I still feel like death, I had an appetite today. I also drank a lot of my calories to help get them up (lots of OJ) which I usually don't do. I will probably be closer to 100 tomorrow. My weight bounces around a lot more than anyone I have seen. Tomorrow is my normal cheat day and by Saturday I will be close to 114. My goal (along with my nutritionist is 110-114) which I usually maintain.
No, I've never had a dexa scan. I am only 30. Isn't that something they recommend to people a little older?
And nope, I don't think you're out of line. You guys are my second family and I value everything you say! Just please know I am healthy and the only reason my weight is so low at the moment is because I have been sick.

5'5" and a size 0!!! Woohooo!
I understand it is lower right now because you are not feeling well and that normally it is between 110-114. AND I pleased to here both you and your Nut chose this goal range.
However, if you are 5' 5" tall a normal healthy BMI for you is between - 111 - 149 lbs.
At a 106.9 lbs your current BMI is 17.6...
Perhaps having your range a bit higher, will allow for times when you are not feeling well and lose a bit of weight, without going into the Underweight Category. However, if your NUT is on board, I am sure you are doing just fine...
I live in Belize and have never had the dexa scan. Perhaps I am calling it the wrong thing. I am too tired right now to get the correct name, but someone will step in or I will get it in the morning ok?
Anyway it sounds like you have it all under control. I am surprised by how much of a range your weight fluctuates in... that is incredible.
Have a good one,
Cindy
