Frozen Greek Yogurt

Maybe everybody but me knew about this, but costco has this Yasso brand frozen greek yogurt bars that are quite good. 70 calories and 6 g protein. They are berry flavored. I learned of them from a very successful lapband patient at our support group. My husband who is one month out from surgery can eat them.       Diane

As I said at the support group, we were headed to Costco on our way home to purchase the Yasso frozen yogurt bar, and we did. I thought they were okay, DH really liked them.
They didn't have as much flavor as I would like ... now I want to try to make my own version!

Would you please share the recipe if you make something that turns out good.  I would love to add this to my diet.

Yum, sounds good.

I have just been thinking that I'm getting burned out on my rotation of evening protein snacks. This sounds like it would fit great!

These are pretty good. I have also made my own. I do it a variety of ways. Sometimes I buy flavored chobani and just do it that way. Sometimes add a little fresh fruit to those. I also take unflavored, add a little splena, some sugarfree coffee syrup (I like raspberry) and fresh berries. They all turn out well. Just depends how much time I have and whats on hand.

I love greek yogurt with a little orange jello and some vanilla (tastes like a dreamcycle -sycle? sickel?) from childhood.  Gonna freeze it and see what happens.
