I had my tummy tuck 6 week ago. I noticed last Thursday I hard lump on one side of my stomach now today another hard lump on my other side of my stomach area. One hurts the other does not. My question is could it be a build up of fluid?? If so my doc will have to drain it? I hope it is not this thanks for any info. I know some of you have had a tummy tuck all ready so please tell me what you think.

I go see my surgeon tomorrow just asking here because I keep wondering what it is.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

I just hate the though of going to see him tomorrow and him saying well I have to drain you. I am such a big chicken of needles. I do not mind being knocked out now for them to poke me or cut me but being awake I freak out lol.

I have to giggle here, because the sound of going in and draining it sounds like no big deal, I would have no fear.  However, you were brave enough to get plastics and that scares the holy moly crap out of me.  I'm scheduled for a breast lift and reduction on Feb 7th and am terrified as all get out.  You are brave and you can get drained tomorrow tough girl!  LOL

P.s. I watched part of a breast reduction surgery on you tube and OY, it was so awful looking that I am not even sure I can go through with it.......so scared.  You already did you...you already had some plastics, you're a  tough chick!

Funny that did not scare me I wanted this tummy tuck. Never though about problems after I just told my self I will not have any after problems. The tuck killed me for only 5 days after that I was able to get out of bed on my own. I still hurt but worth all the pain. You will love your decision once it is over I know I did.

I am not tough I am a chicken when it comes to seeing needles I did not see any needles in the operating room lol. Best of luck you will do great.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

I see, the needle scare you. and draining does mean needles.  But you got an I.V. right??

When I was watching the youtube video of breast reduction and saw them cut off the little pink nipples (just like my pink nipples)  I lost it.  I feel like I am going to betray my breasts, whom provided milk for 2 babies.....yet, I want these poor saggy big things fixed ASAP....LOL.....I am going through the emotions just like I am sure you did with your plastics

I hope someone comes on soon that has had your issue and can help.

Up date on my hard spot. It is fluid but my surgeon told me it will go away on its own that he did not need to drain it. Thank god. But if it gets bigger than come back. He said I can go back to work. I am so excited about my new life I even enrolled in college for  Medical practice/Facility business management. Hope one day to work with a WLS office and help others with there new journey.

Thanks for all the support with my question and when I start college I am sure you will here from me and I will post questions also. Thanks again Val.

I'm so glad you didn't have to get it drained.
