Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday, 12/10

  Thanks Everyone!!  As you can imagine I am beyond thrilled!!! 

(I know it is not 140 lbs, but I am afraid if I don't take a pic now, I might drop below it and never see the actual number of 140 bls even!  )

I want to thank each of you for your caring and support.  It has been a tough year, and although I am feeling much better, I am still not quite myself.  And life is STRESSFUL.  Being able to come hear daily for the constant and incredible support has been invaluable to me.  If anyone says you can't have true friends if you have never met, I will tell them they are full of bologna!)

I dont worry so much about the  . number because im not sure that any of our home scales are that accurate, we have daily fluctuations up and down over a lb at times all being water weight. so to me as long as your clearly within the boundaries of a number i claim it.. right now for me that is 132 even if it says 132.4

you hit 140 and should claim it.. and be proud of claiming it...   wooot wooot

119.6 this morning.
I have my one year check up this afternoon, so will see what I weigh on Dr. C's scale.
Had a good support group this morning too.
