Me and Carbs....

Great post...

For me I have mostly gone low carb, rather than no carb.  No carb leads to binging for me...

The carbs I eat regularly now are:
-  oats
-  fruit
-  vegetables
-  flour tortillas
-  the very rare junk treat, and very rare eating out... and having some carbs that I don't eat or drink at home.

I rarely or never eat:
-  bread, buns
-  rice
-  pasta
-  potatoes
-  chips
-  desserts
-  candy or chocolate
-  alchohol

Works for me...

Ok I gained 5 lb just reading about all those carbs.   I'm a little sensitive to them.

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
