1 year surgiversary

I dont ever post any more. It's been a long time. But I wanted to share this. Yesterday was my 1 year surgiversary. For about 5 months I wasn't losing anything. I think I went into early maintenance. But I went back to basics and started losing again. 1 year later, I am only 8 pounds from goal. I am sure this will happen for me!!

I dont have any before/after pics. I hate the camera. My avatar pic is old, so I cant compare what I look like now. But I see it in my face and I"m happy!!

Congrats on your 1 year surgiversary! I also went into early maintenance...stalled completely at months 8 & 9 then again during 11, 12, 13. I just finally broke the last stall and will be 14 months post-op later this month and the best thing about having the sleeve is that it is our tool for LIFE.

Here is to both of our renewed hope of reaching goal!

-8lbs lost during the 6 month insurance hoop jumping,
the rest is since surgery.

Big kudos on your first year. I can tell you that it's possible to shed more pounds after 1 year. I took off my last 20 pounds between months 11 and 17, then started maintaining.

Those 8 pounds are going to come off you so quickly!
